Info on the Adoption Tax Credit

Dear Adoption Advocates,
In light of recent changes to the adoption tax credit brought about by both the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and by the extension of the "Bush era" tax cuts, NCFA is proud to re-release Adoption Advocate No. 21, "Tax Benefits for Adoption:  The Adoption Tax Credit."  This version includes up-to-date information and is a useful tool for families and professionals in understanding the impacts of the adoption tax credit.
